Valley View subdivision located in a TIF District in southwest Brookings, SD consists of over 100 single family homes ranging from 1,000 to 1,600 sf. Clark Drew Construction, as Construction Manager with a stipulated sum, provided design expertise and review with the developer and draftsman for the customization and cost effectiveness of the residential project. Revisions, subcontractor, and supply solicitations were made in order for the homes to successfully meet the TIF District requirements.
