TJ Maxx Brookings, SD

The TJ Maxx build-out included a complete renovation of the existing JC Penny location in the Brookings Marketplace. The project was a complete renovation of the HVAC, lighting, and building finishes.  New framing including offices, bathrooms, dressing rooms, receiving area and a new entrance with signage were part of this 21,402 sf project.
