Project

This addition and renovation, located in the heart of South Dakota State Campus renovated the existing dairy processing facility into a state of the art dairy plant, including modern evaporation, filtration and drying equipment to conduct applied dairy science research.  A new addition to the building encorporated and outdoor dining patio, and retail space for the “Dairy Bar”.
