Project

Farmhouse Fraternity Chapter House was constructed on the existing site of the fraternity.  The existing building was moved-off, and repurposed as a sorority chapter house.  The new 7,400 sf home includes a commercial kitchen, library, study areas, offices, recreation area, dining room, and room for 50 beds. Construction was expedited so members were only displaces for one semester.
