Project

Ko’Olina Townhomes is a 4.38 acre, 51 unit, multi-family housing project. We worked with the owner looking at several different types of housing for the plot, focusing on density and neighborhood integrity, as well as rental market rate. The final result, is a planned, aesthetically pleasing neighborhood with ample greenspace, and a successful investment for the owner.
