Project

This project consisted of a newly constructed 13,445 sf 16 fuel pump gas station, convenience store, 150’ long tunnel carwash, offices, and employee training space located on a 2.66 acre site on the corner of East 57th and Sycamore in Sioux Falls, SD. Not your average gas station, the exterior of the building was a mixture of stone, brick, metal and ample glass creating an upscale industrial feel. This feel carried over to the interior finishes with modern tile, brick, steel beams, and wood accents.
