This 6 building, 108 bedroom complex was built to meet the need of larger off-campus housing and single family rental opportunities. These four bedroom units with attached garages have functional floorplans and a modern open concept. Our team worked with the owner’s to review the design for constructability, and value engineered the buildings to meet projected budgets and the aggressive construction duration of 4.5 months.
