Christine Circle is the first phase of The Reserve, a 52 acre parcel of land located on the Southeast side of Brookings, consisting of 17 single family lots. All homes were pre-sold, and homeowners were given the choice of 5 split foyer and single level plans to choose from. To simplify the process of building a home for the buyers, all interior and exterior finish selections were available in a product showroom. All homes were completed on-time. Duration of the project was less than 2 years.
