Project

Brookings South Main Fire Station

Completed in the fall of 2017, this pre-cast concrete wall panel, and steel roof structure, make up this new fire station for the Brookings Volunteer Fire Department. New utilities services were brought to the previously undeveloped site, prior to construction. A specialized vehicle exhaust system, water truck fills, and unique power requirements were just a few of the appurtenances that make this building unique. The project not only assists with the functionality of the fire department, but also adds an eye-catching appearance to the city scape with architectural metal panels, backlit exterior signage, and an antique truck bay structure.
