What previously was a grocery store, in a mixed-use retail space, was turned into a 15,500 square-foot plasma donation clinic called Biotest Plasma Center. After demolition of existing ceilings, walls, and concrete floors for new finishes, plumbing and electrical services, the space was renovated into clinic space, plasma processing, offices, reception area, restrooms, and break rooms. A new HVAC system was added as the old system was outdated and inefficient, along with a new walk-in freezer/cooler for plasma storage.
