Clark Drew Construction, Inc. was selected as the CMaR by the Bankstar Financial Board of Directors to construct this 8,350 square-foot financial institution.   Our team worked with the architect and Bankstar’s building committee to design the building looking for cost savings opportunities while achieving the desired look and functionality. Bankstar is a free standing, two story structure, with full basement, wood framed, steel building. Existing housing and utilities were removed from the site prior to construction.  Through an aggressive build schedule, the project team was able to deliver the building in 16 months while maintaining the GMP.
